You will be positioned as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor. •Consultative selling and deal shaping. You will identify latent client needs, translate business challenges into technology-led and AI-enabled transformation programmes, and drive large complex deal cycles end to end. •AI-led value creation. You will bring AI-first thinking into every client conversation across productivity transformation, automation and digital business models, co-create AI-backed business cases and value propositions, and partner with delivery, AI and centre-of-excellence teams to move ideas into execution. •Account growth and revenue expansion. You will own revenue growth, pipeline and account expansion strategy, covering new business development within the account, cross-sell and upsell, and contract renewals and extensions, while maintaining strong win rates through proactive pipeline creation. •Strategic partnership development. You will act as the single point of orchestration across sales, delivery and transformation teams, aligning internal capability to client priorities. •Executive communication and storytelling.
