Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration. •Demonstrated capacity to work across multiple projects and initiatives with a wide variety of senior stakeholders across the business, drive business readiness activities for internal/external customers, support stakeholders in adopting new changes and collaborate closely with Change Management and Communication specialist for mobilization and gather feedback. •Demonstrated capacity to work closely with ePMO stakeholders to support resolutions of readiness and ensure adoption activities are incorporated into projects and initiatives. •Strategic thinker, data-driven problem-solving skills, and a collaborator who can drive engagement and discussions across business units for large-scale technical and non-technical strategic initiatives.
