This position is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of on-premises and cloud based EHS applications. •Discovery and documentation of business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis •Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned to system capabilities •Analyze and document current-state and future-state EHS business processes •Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development and configuration teams. •Analyze system capabilities, data flows, integrations, and dependencies to ensure solution feasibility and scalability •Support Oracle-based systems through data analysis, SQL querying, PL/SQL development Qualifications: •Highschool diploma and Minimum five (5) years of combined experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a similar technical/functional hybrid role •Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. •Solid functional working knowledge of relational database concepts, data modeling, and SQL performance tuning •Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
