Required Skills: •Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. •Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy. •Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations. •Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products. •Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck. •Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
