Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related field required with 10+ years of experience •MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credentials strongly preferred. •Exceptional FP&A, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities. •Self-starter, ambitious, intellectually curious and confident •Demonstrated deep understanding of investment analytics and measurement of returns, MOIC and the impact of the use of leverage •Strong ability to influence cross-functional decisions. •Proven success in high-growth, operationally complex global environments (aviation, aerospace, supply chain, or asset-heavy industries preferred). •Comprehensive expertise in complex accounting principles •Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial insights clearly and with authority. •Strong leadership, coaching and change management capabilities across global teams.
