The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement. •Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements •Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners •Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process •Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries. •Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data •Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed Qualifications: •Associate degree with relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) •Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment •Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency •Some travel required (up to 10%) •Must be able to walk, stand, and navigate large indoor and outdoor facilities for extended periods of time. •Demonstrated capacity to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
