Qualifications: •Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, with clear examples of driving outcomes •Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to synthesize business performance data into clear executive narratives •Exceptional Google Slides skills, with experience building board-level, investor, and executive-facing materials from scratch •Comfortable working directly with revenue, product, and financial data to inform decision-making •Highly organized with strong project management discipline, including defining milestones, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risk •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving, high-growth environments •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders •Low ego, high ownership, and strong accountability •The approximate compensation range for this position is $95,000-$120,000.
