Required Skills: •Enters distributor and hospital owned warehouse sales traces into SAP and audits entries for accuracy. •Serves as backup for the Business Operations Specialist and Manager on quarterly Field Implementation Training (FIT) global status changes. •Partners with the New Accounts team to identify new indirect hospital accounts and works with the Pricing team and distributors to research and resolve pricing discrepancies. •Processes distributor rebates and maintains the Sales team's organization chart, updating team member status changes in SAP. •Audits daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and manages sales trace checklists and desk procedures. •Generates daily sales trace reports and responds to daily inquiries from internal team members and external customers. •Completes vendor forms requested by customers and maintains a library of resources. •Identifies opportunities for automation and partners with internal teams to transition manual processes, including tracking and managing Field Implementation Training (FIT) projects that support the sales team. Qualifications: •This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes •Holds a bachelor's degree. •Brings one to three years of administrative and customer service experience. •Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Manages multiple tasks and priorities effectively. •Demonstrates strong follow up skills. •Applies working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. •Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and verbally. •Exhibits a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for collaborating within a team.
