Required Skills: •As a Business Intelligence Manager II, you will lead a small to medium-sized team focused on delivering data-driven insights and reporting solutions. •Your team will be responsible for building data literacy and advocating for data needs upstream and early in the process. •The following items detail how you will be successful in this role. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience. •Strong communication skills, both oral and written. •Proven experience using BI solutions to improve business outcomes. •Basic understanding of data warehousing and web technologies. •Proficient in Power BI with expertise in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive business decisions. •Proficient in Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and scalable data processing. •Project management experience: PMP certification is a plus. •Operational familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms and data services. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex data concepts clearly. •Demonstrated ability to lead with insight and make strategic recommendations.
