Required Skills: •Translate business needs into technical designs for BI solutions. •Design and implement new features and enhancements to the existing ETL routines responsible for loading data from the sources systems into the Data Warehouse. •Develop and manage BI job scheduling and monitoring. •Perform performance tuning on the ETL. •Participate in near and long-term capacity planning for BI. •Develop Models, Scorecards, and Dashboards with drill-down and drill-through capabilities. •Research and resolve data integrity and performance needs. •Strong communications skills both oral and written. Qualifications: •Hands on implementation experience in data profiling, designing, implementing and performance tuning ETL processes using SSIS from multiple data sources and 200+ million record source data tables. •Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack (SQL Server, RDMS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Pro, Power BI Report Server). •Knowledge of BI security best practices. •Excellent knowledge of prototyping & proof of concept mechanisms. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics or related subject preferred.
