Hiring: Business Execution Senior Manager - Human Resources Company: Wells Fargo Location: Irving, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 10:35:51 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Risk Management About the job Experience: •7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education •3+ years Management or leadership experience Required Skills: •Serve as a strategic advisor and Chief of Staff-style partner to senior HR leadership, shaping enterprise HR strategy and execution. •Lead and develop a high-performing Business Execution team responsible for HR strategy and transformation. •Drive planning, execution, and governance of complex, high-visibility HR initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational health, talent practices, and large-scale transformation programs. •Partner with Line of Business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to align priorities, secure resources, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance across a global operating environment. •Design and execute initiatives that strengthen career transparency, pay clarity, manager capability, and internal mobility. •Identify and mitigate people-related and execution risks, strengthening HR controls, compliance, and operational effectiveness. •Deliver executive-ready analytics, insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making and proactively surface emerging risk and workforce trends. •Influence cross-functional leaders and teams to align on strategies, manage change, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder outcomes. Qualifications: •Operational knowledge of Human Resources programs, processes, workforce data, and supporting technologies. •Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leaders and executives. •Proven ability to build strategic operating models, governance frameworks, and execution infrastructure for enterprise-wide programs. •Strong collaboration, influencing, and relationship management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and partner effectively with senior leaders. •Demonstrated capacity to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, workforce, and execution risks in a complex, highly regulated environment. •Demonstrated success leading teams through change while improving organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and employee outcomes. •Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
