Required Skills: •Build productive relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, case managers, hospital systems, and other healthcare partners. •Develop and execute a territory outreach plan focused on increasing awareness and patient referrals. •Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing provider offices. •Coordinate opportunities for physical therapists and clinic leaders to connect with referral sources. •Track outreach activity, referral trends, and market opportunities to determine what is working and where additional focus is needed. •Support community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives. •Help clinic leaders create action plans for locations needing additional referral growth. •Build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships.
