Required Skills: •Develop and manage a defined portfolio of named healthcare accounts with responsibility for creating new business opportunities and client relationships. •Research assigned accounts to understand organizational structure, anesthesia delivery models, key decision-makers, current staffing challenges and potential opportunities for Krewe. •Build relationships with clinical, operational and financial leaders, and other senior decision-makers. •Consistently prospect into assigned accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels to generate meetings and new opportunities. •Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within target accounts and navigate complex health system decision-making structures. •Use market intelligence, benchmarking, surveys, educational content and other resources to create relevant conversations with prospective clients. •Conduct discovery meetings to understand anesthesia staffing models, workforce challenges, financial considerations and organizational priorities. •Understand Krewe’s staffing and workforce solutions and determine which approach best fits each client’s needs. Qualifications: •Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex organizations, business issues and healthcare workforce challenges. •Strong business acumen and ability to engage confidently and credibly with senior healthcare leaders. •Strong discovery and problem-solving skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions and identify underlying business issues. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Adaptable and versatile, with the judgment to adjust communication style and approach based on the audience, opportunity and situation. •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and a complex sales cycle. •Self-motivated, accountable and comfortable working within a performance-driven sales environment. •Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across internal teams. •Coachable, with the ability to test new approaches and continuously improve performance.
