This role sits at the front of that expansion. You will find, engage, and evaluate the people who will own and operate our stores, and you will carry those conversations from first contact through to a signed agreement. •This is a two way selection. The candidates you speak with are deciding whether to commit their capital and their next several years to this brand, and we are deciding whether they are the right operator for a market.
