Required Skills: •What You'll Actually Be Doing •Success will be measured by how fast you ramp to full outbound activity, how consistently you hit your outreach targets, and by the quality — not just the volume — of the meetings you hand off to Strategic AEs. •Execute a high-volume, multi-channel outbound motion — cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn-led social selling — targeting buying committees within PowerPlan's ideal customer profile. •Hit weekly and monthly activity targets for outbound calls, emails, and meaningful conversations, and log every interaction in Salesforce same-day. •Qualify every inbound and outbound lead against BANT criteria and PowerPlan's ICP before booking a discovery call. •Hand off qualified meetings to Strategic AEs with clean, complete context — account background, contact details, the pain or trigger behind the conversation, and relevant CRM history. •Report back to Marketing Ops on lead source strength, messaging effectiveness, and objection patterns, and partner with Strategic AEs on coordinated outbound into named accounts. •Support pre- and post-conference meeting generation, webinar attendance campaigns, and post-webinar follow-up sequences. Qualifications: •Complete structured onboarding and earn messaging certification within your first 60 days, ramping to full outbound activity targets. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
