Required Skills: •Own pipeline generation and lead development at Finpilot. As our dedicated BDR, you build the top of the funnel and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities. •With the go-to-market team, you will design and run multi-channel outbound to decision makers at allocators, asset managers, wealth managers and family offices: CIOs, CTOs, COOs and heads of investment operations. You will find creative ways to reach them, including industry events, conferences and networking. •Also work on content: LinkedIn presence, blog and newsletter, to build awareness and generate inbound interest. •Work directly with the founder and the go-to-market team to establish our outbound motion and shape our go-to-market approach. You will sit on discovery calls and demos early, because it is hard to write a good cold email about this product without watching a CIO react to it. •Comfort engaging senior decision makers, dealing with rejection and handling objections. •Strong writing. Almost all of your first contact with these buyers happens in writing. •The right attitude: positivity, team and mission first mindset, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic working environment.
