The ideal candidate will have prior experience in law enforcement •Systems, or a closely related public-sector environment. They thrive in face-to-face selling environments and is energized by developing new business through personal interaction and full territory ownership. •Establish, develop, and maintain strong in-person relationships with current and prospective influencers within assigned territory •Generate new sales through proactive outreach, structured territory planning, and relationship cultivation •Expand product market share by identifying and developing new referral sources •Evaluate influencer needs and build productive, long-term partnerships that drive consistent lead generation •Provide technical expertise and consultative support to government officials and referral partners Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with the criminal justice system and the ability to build credible, professional relationships with law enforcement personnel, court staff, attorneys, and other justice-system partners •Reside in North Texas area •Proven experience in sales or business development •Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a field-based environment •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills •Demonstrated capacity to demonstrate and utilize breath alcohol testing devices on a continual basis •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle •Bilingual in Spanish and English •Associate or Bachelor’s degree •Approximately 80% of time spent in the field developing and managing influencer relationships Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
