Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •2–3 years of successful sales or business development experience (healthcare preferred). •Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills. •Proven ability to achieve measurable growth goals. •Understanding of Substance Use Disorder, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Mental Health Services preferred. •Professional representation of BayMark Health Services. •Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance requirements. •Eliminating Kickbacks in Recovery Act (18 U.S.C. •Civil Monetary Penalties Law (42 U.S.C. •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
