Qualifications: •1-2+ years of SDR/BDR or field sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or home service industry. •A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Confidence handling objections, asking thoughtful questions, and adapting on the fly. •Operational familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms. •Willingness and ability to travel locally for regional events as needed. •Demonstrated capacity to perform light physical tasks like booth setup (lifting boxes, equipment, signage). •Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
