This role specializes in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. •The BDR identifies and qualifies prospective corporate customers with annual rental spend ranging from $100,000 to $750,000, secures introductory meetings, and transitions qualified opportunities to Account Managers, who manage the sales process through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. •This position is designed as an entry point into Hertz Corporate Sales and offers a clear path for advancement into an Account Manager role. •This position starts at $50K; commensurate of experience + bonus potential •Conduct 50+ outbound prospecting calls daily. •Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. •Research target companies and identify key decision-makers. •Build and maintain prospect lists within assigned territories.
