Required Skills: •The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience selling technical manufacturing or industrial services and possesses a strong understanding of metal finishing processes and supply chains. •Develop annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals. •Identify new OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and government contractors. •Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach. •Conduct customer visits, facility tours, and technical presentations. •Prepare RFQs, quotations, pricing proposals, and contract negotiations. •Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated. •Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience. •Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. •Strong organizational and project management skills. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30–50%. •Knowledge of NADCAP and AS9100 requirements. •Operational familiarity with military specifications (MIL-SPEC), ASTM, AMS, and customer specifications. •Existing relationships within aerospace, defense, manufacturing industries. •Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
