Required Skills: •Identify, target, and engage commercial real estate developers, property owners, corporate end-users and architects across North Texas. •Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to secure introductory preconstruction meetings for executive leadership. •Build strong relationships with local architects, land brokers, and site consultants to get early visibility on planned developments. •Map out growth corridors across the County and wider DFW region to target upcoming commercial builds. •Partner directly with the VP of Business Development to qualify leads, present turn-key, design-build solutions, and track deal progress. •Maintain organized lead pipelines and key account updates using the company CRM system.
