Hiring: Business Continuity Organization Analyst Company: ICE Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:44:05 Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Microsoft Office, PagerDuty, RTOS, Risk Management, ServiceNow About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, emergency management, or IT operations, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry •Demonstrated experience with business continuity and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, Everbridge, PagerDuty, or similar tools •Operational familiarity with Business Continuity frameworks and best practices including ISO 22301 •Scheduling flexibility is required, as this role supports a 24/7 operating environment and may require occasional after-hours response and support •Exposure to regulators such as CFTC, SEC, or similar regulatory bodies Required Skills: •Update / maintain, and continuously improve BC plans in alignment with ICE regulatory frameworks •Actively facilitate and support execution of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical processes, recovery time objectives (RTOs), and critical dependencies •Maintain BIA and plan documentation in ServiceNow and other platforms, ensuring version control and stakeholder accessibility •Incident & Crisis Management •Engage in the Location Incident Management lifecycle - exploring Everbridge mass notifications disbursement, and Location Incident Management Team exercises and plan maintenance •Contribute to the BCO Incident Quick Open (IQO) process and maintain incident classification taxonomy aligned to ServiceNow •Assist in gathering data for the Location Risk Assessments for each facility •Document exercise outcomes, gap findings, and corrective action items; track remediation through closure Qualifications: •Relevant certifications from BCI or DRII, such as the ABCP or similar certification is a plus •Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
