Required Skills: •You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations. •You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership. •You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success. •You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management. •You have the ability to travel up to 50%. •The ideal mindset of a Management Consultant involves a blend of strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
