Qualifications: •Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred •Proven experience in business consulting, customer service, or a related role preferred. •Strong business acumen and the ability to apply concepts to different industries and situations. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software is preferred. •Comfortable with technology and a willingness to stay current on productivity tools. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally support evening or weekend training sessions, customer visits, or operational needs as business demands require. •This position requires regular local travel to customer locations and franchise owner worksites. •Candidates should be comfortable working in office, customer, and commercial cleaning environments. •Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support training, customer onboarding, customer inspections, or operational needs.
