This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and data integrity while driving training, vendor coordination, and system integration initiatives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership on analytics and business intelligence projects. •Manage SHG business applications, including but not limited to ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, PlateIQ, and Concur. •Interface directly with hotels in troubleshooting issues with business applications. •Manage implementation of systems for new locations and termination of systems from exiting location. •Develop and monitor training programs for supported applications. •Create and implement location onboarding programs to improve efficiency and accuracy. •Interface directly with vendors on enhancements, troubleshooting, and support requests. •Manage internal support requests for applications. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, PlateIQ, and Concur. •Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate written and verbal instructions. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
