You will work closely with academic units, the Office of the Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit remains accurate, efficient, and aligned with university policy. •Build and Maintain Campus Solutions Degree Audit •Configure, maintain, and enhance the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module for undergraduate and graduate academic programs. •Translate approved curriculum and academic policies into accurate system logic and functional requirements. •Implement curriculum changes approved through the University Committee on Curriculum (UCC) and other academic governance processes. •Ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit accurately evaluates student progress toward degree completion. •Develop and execute functional test plans for degree audit changes, system enhancements, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. •Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization. •Most staff in the Office of the Registrar work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least two days a week.
