Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience configuring and optimizing enterprise SaaS applications, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and business rules. •Solid functional working knowledge of AI, workflow automation, and emerging technologies and their application to business operations. •In-depth knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions. •Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, system enhancements, releases, and competing business priorities. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, AI-Engineering, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. •This role is in WGU’s Salt Lake City headquarters and is an in-office role 5 days a week. •Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager. •Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, SAP Signavio, Microsoft Power Platform, business analysis, project management, or related technologies are also preferred. •Certifications through Anthropic’s Claude Certification Program are preferred qualifications. Any of these four certifications are preferred qualifications: Claude Certified Associate (Foundations), Claude Certified Developer (Foundations), Claude Certified Architect (Foundations), and Claude Certified Architect (Professional). •This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
