Required Skills: •Evaluate, analyze, and communicate scope and systems requirements continuously to maintain systems processes. •Elicit and gather user and business requirements through open-ended discussions, brainstorming, and prototyping •Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. •Create and implement management plans for assigned projects, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. •Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development. •Review and implement Test Plans and Test Cases based on user requirements and functional requirements specifications. •Determine how best to respond to customer requests in a manner that will promote customer service and transparency •Act as a liaison with internal DOR staff and the governor's office to support WIG development.
