It will play a critical role in enabling our business partners to utilize data to drive key strategic decisions, supporting the Operations and Business teams. Primary objectives are reporting and analyzing performance through Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development. •Serve as a valued business partner to the Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs •Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization. This includes understanding the information needs of our business partners, familiarity with the data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC), and understanding of information and insight mechanisms like Tableau Dashboards, Power BI, Excel, SQL •Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights. •Establishes priorities and deadlines, assesses resources, and defines next steps •Partner and work closely with the IT Department to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation •Identifying the development needs for streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability •Troubleshooting any reported issues by the business partners.
