Required Skills: •With the assistance of AI tools, conduct exploratory data analysis across disparate data sources to understand the performance of the business and identify potential opportunities and/or risks. •Be an active contributor in discussions with decision-makers, using cognitive empathy to understand their vantage point and incentives before using this understanding to structure and frame downstream work and resulting findings. •Use data to identify, validate, and uncover causal relationships of important business mechanisms. •Implement new metrics to evaluate business performance and/or experiments and build reports and dashboards to monitor and understand them. •Be a voice and advocate to use data to improve the quality of our decision-making. Qualifications: •BS or BA in computer science, mathematics, statistics, analytics, or economics, with equivalent analytical work experience or a MS degree in a relevant field of study. •Demonstrated capacity to understand systems and business goals to help modernize and innovate on present data structures and models. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using hypothesis-driven analysis to solve questions and give guidance. •Fluent in SQL and an analytical tool; experience with Git, Python, and LLMs is a plus. •Some experience with data modeling and ETL concepts. •Proficient at working with data ambiguity to derive meaningful insights. •Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. •Able to manage multiple projects effectively, set expectations with partners, and complete projects on time. •The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles. •Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
