This will be determined based upon the results of the interview process which considers the candidate's skills, work history, experience level, and other relevant qualifications. •Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and reliability. •Facilitate process improvement initiatives across Transmission Operations. •Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and solution development efforts. •Support implementation and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives. •Perform periodic trending and analysis of Human Performance data, including investigations, Problem-Issues-Enhancements (PIE)s, Good Catches, and audit findings. Qualifications: •Associate degree or equivalent work experience in operations, engineering, compliance, training, or a related field. •Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. •Willingness to travel, work modified schedules, and perform assigned storm restoration, emergency response, and business continuity roles as necessary, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended work hours. •Operational familiarity with NERC standards and Transmission Operations processes. •This role reports to the Compliance & Procedures Supervisor under the Transmission Operations Support Manager.
