Qualifications: •High school diploma, or equivalent, with related experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position. •Supervisors and managers are required to have completed NYCM’s internal leadership development programs, including Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ2). Exeternal hires must complete required leadership programs, Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ1) and Employee Enrichment Journey (EEJ2). •Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience with the ability to train others. •Strong knowledge of business analyst practices, including requirements development, process analysis, impact assessment, and documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to align team priorities, resources, and activities with divisional and organizational objectives. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, clarify complex topics, and drive decisions. •Demonstrated capacity to build effective partnerships and promote alignment across business, technology, and project teams. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze complex issues, assess impacts and dependencies, and develop effective solutions. •Demonstrated sound judgment, ownership, and ability to make or facilitate timely decisions and resolve escalated issues. •Knowledge of Agile practices and the ability to support requirements readiness, planning, and successful project delivery.
