In this position •This is a full-time, on-site position located at IHFA's headquarters in Boise, Idaho. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. •In This Role, You Will •Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance trends and key lending metrics •Develop and distribute lender scorecards to evaluate partner performance and support engagement strategies •Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports related to loan production, pipeline management, servicing metrics, and strategic goals •Partner cross-functionally with Lending, Finance, Servicing, and Compliance teams to identify reporting needs and improve business processes •Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting or source data Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred •High school diploma or equivalent required •Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and interactive visualization •Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and familiarity with SQL or relational databases •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment •If available, please include a sample Power BI dashboard, portfolio, or brief project summary as part of your application to showcase your analytical and visualization skills Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
