We partner with our customers to achieve business objectives by using our proven customer-centric, value-driven business practices and service delivery methodologies. •In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements specific to ServiceNow implementations. •Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the development of scalable and maintainable solutions. •Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of functionality and constraints. •Support platform configuration and enhancement efforts across modules such as PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, SECOPS, CSM, data modeling, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting. •Conduct gap analyses and make recommendations to optimize workflows, automation opportunities, and user experiences. •Support solution design sessions, stakeholder demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Qualifications: •Clearance: Active Top Secret Required. TS/ SCI Preferred •Assist in managing backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Scrum Masters and delivery leads.
