Hiring: Business Analyst - Salesforce Company: Tanium Location: Emeryville, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:31:15 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Scrum About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting Salesforce platform •3+ years of experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform as an administrator •Good understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles •Demonstrated capacity to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy where adaptability is imperative •Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Required Skills: •Works collaboratively with other members of the Sales Systems team to ensure the requirements are understood and documented •Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives •Assist in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements •Lead and oversee understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the delivery team to deliver solutions •Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements •Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
