Required Skills: •ENGINE is looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join an active application development project focused on new consumer and small-business account opening •This role will sit directly with the project team and work across business stakeholders, an existing design/vendor team, and development teams to understand business processes, ask the right questions, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. •The application supports multiple account-opening experiences, including online and in-branch channels •, with potential hybrid workflows and dependencies across other projects. Much of the work involves understanding complex decision trees, business rules, eligibility requirements, and customer scenarios and turning them into requirements that development teams can execute against. •The ideal candidate has experience working in a regulated environment •, with retail banking or financial services experience strongly preferred •.
