Required Skills: •Partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve, simplify, automate, or eliminate manual processes across the mortgage lifecycle within the Loan Origination Systems. •Lead discovery discussions focused on business goals and desired outcomes rather than simply documenting existing processes. •Evaluate opportunities to leverage ServiceNow, AI, automation, and other products and emerging technologies to solve business challenges. •Assess current-state processes and recommend scalable, technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and the user experience. •Develop business cases and help evaluate the potential value, feasibility, and impact of proposed technology initiatives.
