Hiring: Business Analyst Company: GA Telesis Location: Medley, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 10:12:08 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management, SQL About the job Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements related to aviation operations, customer service, maintenance, and other areas. •Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive operational improvements. •Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to aviation business operations. •Assist in the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for proposed projects and initiatives within the aviation industry. •Actively facilitate and support implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies by providing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and facilitating training as needed. •Partner cross-functionally with IT teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation and integration of aviation-related software solutions for business based needs. •Drive data science trends monitoring in the areas of sales, repairs, inventory and operations to drive increased efficiency and reduced interest rate carry for inventory within the business. •Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement efforts and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.
