Required Skills: •This position will work in a collaborative environment on a horizontal team supporting several business units who will value the insights and recommendations you will bring. Qualifications: •Skilled in writing, optimizing, and validating complex queries using SQL. •Skilled in using Power BI to visually present data stories with actionable insights, including expertise in data modeling, dashboard design, and DAX formula creation. •Demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. •Must be detail oriented and possess good analytical and organizational skills. •Self-starter who is able to be hands-on and can analyze, interpret and derive insights into business reports, analytic models, and data sources •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and be detail orientated in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to be self-directed, work independently, and demonstrate strong initiative. •Analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. •Strong communication skills with proven ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-analytical audiences.
