Required Skills: •Learns to develop and follow test cases for UAT of internal and external software programs, determine pass/fail outcomes, and report results to senior analysts. •Collaborates with business analysts to document failures and identify the appropriate points of communication. •Identifies system defects by comparing system behavior against specifications and information provided by end users. •Determines appropriate testing approaches for system enhancement changes, with review and approval from peers. •Participates in SRS reviews to identify necessary updates to CGS/PNP and ICS, and assists with preparing an maintaining test cases associated with software batch installations, documents and escalates identified defects for review by senior staff. •Proactively plans and coordinates future testing needs, including the creation and management of test JIRA tickets to support a variety of scheduling scenarios. •Develops a working knowledge of lottery operations and effective collaborates with internal units to ensure alignment, communication, and support for ongoing business processes. •In accordance with operation requirements, this position requires in office work. Due to the nature of the role, remote work is not permitted and all duties must be performed onsite. This position reports to the Pueblo Office.
