Required Skills: •Research, analyze, and assist in resolving production issues related to salesforce, provider data, and downstream applications. Perform data analysis, investigate root causes, document findings, and collaborate with business and technical teams to support issue resolution and continuous process improvement. •Prepare and maintain business documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, training materials and job aids. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. •Support project and release activities by tracking assigned work, monitoring deliverables, participating in Agile ceremonies, communicating project status, identifying risks or dependencies, and assisting with implementation and post-production support activities.
