Required Skills: •Acentra Health is looking for a Business Analyst, Mid (MES) to join our growing team. •Work Independently and participates in client interactions, presentations, and solution discussions within assigned scope. •Possesses unwavering commitment to customer service and operational excellence. •Leading client workshops, design sessions, and solution demonstrations. •Ownership of the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management. •Performing decision analysis and evaluating alternative solutions to identify the most effective business outcome. •Acting as a requirements SME and influencing stakeholder decisions through business analysis expertise, domain knowledge, and strong communication. •Accountability for feature or workstream outcomes, including alignment, issue resolution, and successful delivery. Qualifications: •Bachelor's’ degree with 4+ years of business analysis experience. •Strong knowledge in Medicaid Management Information System and related subsystems. •Strong business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation •Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills •Strong knowledge and proficiency in SQL, plus high-level of technical and database knowledge. •Knowledge of MMIS Provider Enrollment and related subsystems. •Operational familiarity with SQL, reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau as preferred qualifications. •Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation. •We are a team of experienced and caring leaders, clinicians, pioneering technologists, and industry professionals who come together to redefine expectations for the healthcare industry.
