This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst who can independently lead requirements activities, partner closely with technical and business leadership, and contribute to overall delivery success. •As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, owning complex requirement efforts and helping shape scalable, high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. •Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation efforts for Agile software development initiatives •Translate complex business needs into clear, testable user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria •Partner with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog •Act as a primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives •Define and document functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., security, performance, integration, scalability) Qualifications: •Strong ability to independently lead requirements efforts with minimal oversight •Proficiency with Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar •Knowledge of Health industry related software needs and acumen •Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams •Operational familiarity with modern software architectures (cloud-native, microservices, APIs) •Operational familiarity with data exchange standards such as HL7 v2.5, CDA and FHIR •Agile or business analysis certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMI-PBA, SAFe, or similar) •The annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$129,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
