Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and opportunities for potential automation. Propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. •Stakeholder Management •Serve as a liaison across business units and stakeholders to facilitate alignment and communication. Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and manage expectations. Ensure stakeholder needs are understood and addressed throughout the development and implementation of business solutions. •Create comprehensive and accurate documentation of business processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Regularly audit and update process documentation to ensure it remains current and reflects any process changes. Maintain a document repository for business units. •Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function and across the organization. •Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: •This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a business analysis or project management role. •Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree. •Senate Bill 1310- The Florida Senate (https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2023/1310) is conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S. •SB 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements •Two years of direct experience for an associate degree •Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree •Six years of direct experience for a master’s degree •Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree •Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment.
