Required Skills: •Is hiring a Business Analyst with SQL skills to support one of our enterprise clients located in downtown Pittsburgh. This position is full-time and requires on-site work five days per week. The ideal candidate will be experienced in application development, requirements gathering, and have financial experience. •Actively facilitate and support development, enhancements, and functionality of business-critical applications. •Use SQL to pull & analyze datasets, identify issues, and support business reporting needs. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams including: System Analysts, Developers, & Business Unit SME’s to achieve project and performance goals. •Evaluate and improve application performance based on system metrics and user feedback. •Serve as a liaison with vendors and support personnel during troubleshooting and maintenance. •Participate in change control procedures and contribute to team discussions around requirements and improvements. •Communicate findings and status updates to both business and technical stakeholders.
