Required Skills: •As a Business Analyst I supporting Finance operations, you will turn information from multiple sources into clear insights, strengthen day-to-day governance, and help teams resolve issues and improve business processes. You will partner with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to translate business needs into practical actions and reporting. •Support governance processes across Finance operations, ensuring activities are tracked, documented, and completed on schedule. •Maintain the issue log from intake through resolution, coordinate follow-ups and action items, and escalate aging items when appropriate. •Assist with root cause analysis by gathering information, documenting findings, and capturing corrective and preventive actions. •Administer the intake and evaluation process for AI and non-AI automation opportunities, including logging submissions and tracking each opportunity through review. •Prepare dashboards, status trackers, meeting summaries, and reports, while keeping governance processes, standard operating procedures, and control documentation current. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months). Qualifying education and work experience should be in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. •Applicants must have the right to work in the country where the role is based. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities and track issues and action items through closure. •Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across teams. •Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends and patterns, synthesize information from multiple sources, and translate business requirements into actionable insights. •Coursework, internship experience, or work experience involving governance, issue management, root cause analysis, or corrective and preventive actions. •Exposure to evaluating automation opportunities, including AI-enabled and non-AI process improvements. •Operational familiarity with documenting business processes, data flows, standard operating procedures, or controls. •We are Cisco, and our power starts with you. •The starting salary range posted for this position is $66,200.00 to $86,500.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
