Required Skills: •As a Business Analyst I supporting Finance operations, you will turn information from multiple sources into clear insights, strengthen day-to-day governance, and help teams resolve issues and improve business processes. You will partner with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to translate business needs into practical actions and reporting. •Support governance processes across Finance operations, ensuring activities are tracked, documented, and completed on schedule. •Maintain the issue log from intake through resolution, coordinate follow-ups and action items, and escalate aging items when appropriate. •Assist with root cause analysis by gathering information, documenting findings, and capturing corrective and preventive actions. •Administer the intake and evaluation process for AI and non-AI automation opportunities, including logging submissions and tracking each opportunity through review. •Prepare dashboards, status trackers, meeting summaries, and reports, while keeping governance processes, standard operating procedures, and control documentation current. Qualifications: •A Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months).
