Required Skills: •Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews. •Analyze business processes, workflows, and system functionality to identify areas for improvement or automation. •Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. •Partner with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. •Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment on priorities, project scope, and solution design. •Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments related to new features, enhancements, or system changes. •Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validating requirements and ensuring final deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. •Support project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning where applicable.
