Required Skills: •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and tech units to identify AI-enabled process optimizations and customer engagement transformation. •Facilitate discovery workshops, map end-to-end CRM workflows, and translate complex needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. •Support evaluation, proof-of-concepts, and rollouts for AI initiatives (Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Salesforce Einstein) across commercial operations. •Drive Agile/Scrum execution in Jira/Azure DevOps, define acceptance criteria, lead UAT, and oversee change management, training, and business adoption. Qualifications: •Strong grounding in Life Sciences commercial operations •, medical affairs, and customer engagement processes. •Solid grasp of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and customer engagement analytics. •Expertise in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and workshop facilitation. •Proven experience supporting Agile delivery teams, UAT, user adoption, and data/CRM integration workflows. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. •Or the broader Veeva ecosystem. •Operational familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot •Exposure to regulatory, compliance, and data governance standards within Life Sciences.
