As our Business Analyst, you’ll work alongside our Business Analytics Lead to help turn raw operational data into insights that help EDA build smarter. You’ll get hands-on exposure to a modern, homegrown data stack inside a company that’s serious about using data to drive decisions, not just report on them. •This is a great fit for someone early in their analytics career – or someone with construction industry experience and looking to pivot – who wants real ownership, a mentor who will teach you the ropes, and a chance to help shape how a growing construction company uses data. •Partner cross-functionally with the Business Analytics Lead to analyze operational data and develop meaningful business insights. •Build, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support data-driven decision-making. •Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources using SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools. •Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business processes and operational performance •Assist in developing and maintaining EDA's internal data models, reporting systems, and analytics solutions. •Partner with departments across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
